These answers summarize the ordering, shipping, return, exchange, refund and contact rules used across Dash Creations.

Where do you ship

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

How much is standard shipping

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders in the contiguous 48 United States.

How long does delivery take

Processing normally takes 1-2 business days and carrier transit is estimated at 3-5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4-7 business days.

What is the order cut-off

The business-day cut-off is 2:00 p.m. ET. Orders placed later enter processing on the next business day.

Are weekends and holidays processing days

No. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Can I cancel or change an order

A cancellation may be requested before shipment. Address corrections and other order changes must be requested through customer service and can be processed only before shipment.

What is the return period

Returns of defective and non-defective products may be requested within 30 days after delivery. After authorization, the approved return must be sent within 14 days.

Is original packaging required

No. Original packaging is not required. Include the product and all supplied parts, accessories and instructions.

Who pays return and exchange shipping

DASH CREATIONS LLC pays authorized return and replacement shipping and supplies a prepaid return label. No restocking fee is charged.

Can I exchange a product directly

Yes. Direct exchanges are allowed within the 30-day return period after authorization and are subject to availability.

How do I get a return label

Contact dashcreationsllc@dashcreationss.com. After the return is approved, download and print the prepaid label supplied by customer service.

When is a refund processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after return inspection. The bank or payment provider may need an additional 3-10 business days to post the funds.

Which payment methods are accepted

Checkout currently supports American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa. The payment methods shown at checkout are the methods available for that order.
