These terms apply to products ordered from Dash Creations through dashcreationss.com.

1 Seller

The seller is DASH CREATIONS LLC, established January 27, 2026, operating Dash Creations at https://dashcreationss.com.

2 Product information

The product title, description, photographs, dimensions, materials, available options, package contents and price shown on the product page form part of the order information. Accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included unless listed in the package contents.

3 Prices taxes and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Available payment methods are American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa. Payment authorization is required before processing.

4 Order acceptance

An order confirmation records receipt of the order. The sale is accepted when payment is authorized and the order is confirmed for fulfillment. If an accepted item cannot be fulfilled, DASH CREATIONS LLC will contact the customer and provide the applicable refund to the original payment method.

5 Cancellation and order changes

Customers may request cancellation before shipment. Address corrections and other order changes must be requested through customer service and can be processed only before shipment.

6 Delivery

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1-2 business days and carrier transit is estimated at 3-5 business days, for total estimated delivery of 4-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

7 Returns exchanges and refunds

Defective and non-defective products may be returned within the 30-day return period after authorization. The approved return must be sent within 14 days after authorization. Original packaging is not required. DASH CREATIONS LLC pays authorized return and replacement shipping, allows direct exchanges and charges no restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. The bank or payment provider may require an additional 3-10 business days to post the funds.

8 Company responsibility and customer rights

DASH CREATIONS LLC is responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and applying the published delivery, return, exchange and refund commitments. These terms do not reduce customer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
