These terms govern access to dashcreationss.com and the services provided by Dash Creations.

1 Store operator and eligibility

Dash Creations is operated by DASH CREATIONS LLC, established January 27, 2026. Customers must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

2 Permitted website use

Customers must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful shopping and account purposes. Fraud, unauthorized access, interference with site security, malicious code, rights infringement and abusive activity are prohibited.

3 Product information

We maintain product titles, photographs, materials, dimensions, intended uses, prices and availability so customers can review the product before ordering. Minor color differences may occur because screens display colors differently. The package contents described on the product page determine what is included; lifestyle-image accessories are not included unless expressly listed.

4 Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation records receipt of an order. The purchase is accepted when payment is authorized and the order is confirmed for fulfillment. If an item cannot be fulfilled, DASH CREATIONS LLC will contact the customer and issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

5 Prices taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Available payment methods are American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa. Payment must be authorized before processing begins.

6 Shipping returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, direct exchanges and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. These terms form part of every eligible order.

7 Cancellations and changes

Customers may request cancellation before shipment. Address and order changes must be requested through customer service and can be processed only before shipment.

8 Store responsibility

DASH CREATIONS LLC is responsible for operating the store, maintaining the published customer information, processing accepted orders, providing customer support and carrying out the shipping, return, exchange and refund commitments stated on the website. Customer claims are handled in accordance with the published policies and applicable law.

9 Intellectual property

The store name, website text, graphics, layouts and other original content owned by or licensed to DASH CREATIONS LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Customers may use the website for personal shopping and information.

10 Governing law and customer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable U.S. federal law. Nothing in these terms reduces consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
