Shipping policy

This policy provides the shipping area, costs, processing schedule, transit time and order-support procedures for Dash Creations orders.

1 Shipping area

We ship to valid delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. P.O. box availability depends on carrier acceptance and should be confirmed with customer service before ordering.

2 Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States. If an optional upgraded service is available, its price is shown before payment.

3 Order cut-off and processing

The business-day order cut-off is 2:00 p.m. ET. Orders placed and paid before the cut-off enter processing that business day. Orders placed after the cut-off enter processing on the next business day.

Processing normally takes 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

4 Transit and total delivery estimate

Estimated carrier transit is 3-5 business days after shipment. Total estimated delivery, including processing, is 4-7 business days.

5 Tracking

A shipping-confirmation email with available tracking information is sent after the order ships. Tracking events may take time to appear after carrier acceptance.

6 Address changes and cancellations

A cancellation may be requested before shipment. Address corrections and other order changes must be requested through customer service and can be processed only before shipment.

7 Delivery issues

DASH CREATIONS LLC is responsible for helping customers resolve delayed, missing, damaged, incomplete or incorrect shipments. Contact customer service with the order number and relevant details. For visible damage or an incorrect item, include photographs when reasonably available.
